The weather’s taken a turn toward winter and drinking habits are going to change as well. Ice cold beer isn’t quite as refreshing when it’s five degrees outside. So here’s a shot that will bring a little warmth and usher in the cold time of year:

1 part white creme de cacao

1 part peppermint schnapps

Shake with ice and pour into a shot glass. Shoot.

The peppermint in this shot overwhelms the chocolate, but it’s still pretty tasty. Besides, we all have that bottle of peppermint schnapps at the back of the bar and this is a good way to get rid of it.
